A school’s reputation and success will ultimately be determined by the beliefs of its Owner, and the quality, education and enthusiasm of the Staff.

Wanda Eaton, Director

Wanda has spent her life with a focus on children.  Wanda taught dance to children and adults for over 18 years, the last 6 of which as owner and operator of  “Wanda’s Dance Connection” in Rowley, Ma.  After the birth of her third son, Wanda decided to close her school and focus on her family.  It was then that she turned her attention to early education and care.  Wanda returned to school and subsequently became teacher, lead teacher and then Director as qualified by the state of Massachusetts. Wanda worked in several area schools before making her home at Knoll-Edge.

“Early Education is such a key time in a young child’s life; the windows of learning opportunities are endless.  I feel honored to be part of the  wonderful, nurturing, creative environment provided each day at Knoll-Edge.” – Wanda

Knoll-Edge has a well-educated and enthusiastic Staff who all meet or exceed The Department of Early Education and Care requirements. Many teachers are former Knoll-Edge parents who have returned to the field of education as their own children have moved on to school. Teachers participate each year in trainings to enhance their skills and understanding of child development. Staff turnover is rare.
